Turntwo en New York Pizza winnen DDMA Customer Data Award
New York Pizza and Turntwo have won the DDMA Customer Data Award in the Data Innovation category. The six-member jury praised the innovative way in which data is being made accessible within the organization.

Turntwo, together with New York Pizza, has scooped the DDMA Customer Data Award in the Data Innovation category.
The award is a great recognition of the work we’ve done over the past year on the Marketing Intelligence Hub, which was developed in close collaboration with New York Pizza’s marketing team.
A key element of this case is PIZZ-AI-OLO, a conversational data assistant powered by the Turntwo Interact platform. This smart agent communicates live with the Marketing Intelligence Hub and instantly provides advice, analyses, and clear visualizations. This gives everyone within New York Pizza easy access to insights that previously lived mainly with data specialists.
The six-member jury praised the practical use of AI and the way this innovation accelerates data-driven working within a large, fast-moving organization. For both Turntwo and New York Pizza, the award is a fantastic confirmation of a strong and creative collaboration.
