From two freelancers to a team of eight
Founders Arjen Hettinga and Krisjan Oldekamp started out as two freelancers, after careers in the performance agency world. The idea was simple: bring marketing, data and technology closer together for companies that want to grow, in a pragmatic and results-driven way.
Today we're a team of eight experienced consultants. And most of the clients we work with have been doing so for several years.
Senior people who understand both sides
We only work with experienced consultants with a huge amount of curiosity. People who can talk budget allocation with a CMO, and then debug a server-side Google Tag Manager container themselves. That saves a lot of translation work between business and tech, and clients notice it in how quickly things go live.
Not our first recognition, but a different one
Those awards were about the quality of our work. A Gazelle is about something else: whether you're growing as a healthy business. For an agency, those two are probably closer together than you'd think. Happy clients stay. And clients who stay are the foundation of growth.
