As the market leader in the Benelux and active in more than 40 countries, Elho continues to grow by innovating, expanding its product range, and placing sustainability at the core of its operations. Powered by 100% clean wind energy and using 80% recycled materials, Elho leverages sustainability as a driver of both brand strength and commercial growth.
To realize these ambitions, Elho asked Turntwo to evaluate their approach and digital infrastructure, and to advise on how to organize the company in a more robust and scalable way - ensuring the sustainable digital growth engine is ready for the next phase on the path toward €200 million in revenue.
The approach
We helped Elho prepare for growth across countries and channels.
Based on their ambitions, we created a blueprint for the organization, defining the roles, KPIs, and responsibilities within the team—both for the current situation and for future team expansion. To achieve the desired results, Turntwo introduced a structured way of working that provided clarity while giving team members ample space, autonomy, and ownership.
In addition, we supported Elho in implementing an integrated Marketing Intelligence Hub, which delivers actionable insights through dashboards and via our in-house developed AI assistant, Turntwo Interact.
The Marketing Intelligence Hub brings together all transactional data from Amazon and Shopify, the full advertising and profile funnel from platforms such as Google and Amazon Advertising, conversion data from their own sales platforms, and information from the customer support system.
Impact & results
Our joint approach initially prepared Elho for the digitalization and scalability of their sales channels, enabling them to serve the consumer market directly. This foundation has fueled strong international expansion: Elho now operates through webshops and marketplaces in ten countries, achieving consistent double-digit annual growth.
The established way of working - with daily, weekly, and quarterly rhythms - keeps the team focused and aligned. The Marketing Intelligence Hub developed by Turntwo reinforces this with action-oriented dashboards, an AI assistant, and automated analyses, enabling the team to make faster and better-informed decisions every day.
