Also getting people up to speed with the (new) systems and possibilities, so that the marketing machine is ready for growth and can generate maximum business value.

Our approach
Optimizing marketing processes
We started analyzing and mapping out the current processes (through interviews with various stakeholders). A plan of action was created with actionable recommendations. We supported the implementation by aligning all stakeholders and acting as a sounding board for the organization on multiple levels.
By optimizing processes, replacing technology (e.g. implementing the Bloomreach CDP), utilizing technology more effectively, and providing training for employees (and ensuring knowledge is embedded within the organization), we were able to achieve quick and efficient results.
Pizz-AI-Olo: AI-driven insights & analysis
With the Marketing Intelligence Hub as the foundation, we developed “Pizz-AI-Olo”, an AI agent that can analyze integrated data and instantly respond to complex data questions across the customer, product, and marketing data domain.
The AI agent can visualize insights in engaging ways: through charts, reports, tables, or any combination of these. This saves internal analysts a significant amount of time when answering questions, both internally and from all franchisees.
Impact & results
By aligning processes, knowledge, and implementing a Marketing Data Hub (Google Cloud) and a new CDP (Bloomreach), New York Pizza is now able to communicate more quickly, relevantly, and efficiently, facilitating smarter and more efficient international growth.
