Arjen built his experience as an entrepreneur and consultant, helping organizations bring structure to their digital transformation efforts.

As Managing Director Digital Media & Analytics at Merkle/dentsu, he led teams across digital media, data and analytics, with a strong focus on performance-driven marketing.

In 2023, he co-founded Turntwo together with Krisjan, where he now contributes as a principal consultant, further deepening his expertise in data, tooling and organizational change.
